How wrappers are in a package?

It varies depending on the product, below is a chart which shows quantity.

10 lb. 6x6 egg roll --------  18 wrappers
10 lb. 7x7 egg roll --------  14 wrappers
10 lb. 7x7 thick egg roll ---12 wrappers
5 lb. won ton ----------------- 40 wrappers
5 lb. thick won ton ---------- 30 wrappers
F.Y.I.
10 lbs. of Yacamein--------- 80 servings
5 lbs. of Yacamein -----------40 servings

How long will the product keep?

3-4 days refrigerated, then you need to freeze them. Remember there are no preservatives, and no MSG in our product.
